Privacy Policy — Arrow Out

Effective date: June 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how nextGenDev ("we", "us") handles information when you play Arrow Out (the "App"), available on Google Play under the package name com.nextgendev.arrowout.

The short version: we don't ask for your name, email, or any account. Your game progress is stored on your device (and, if you sign in to Google Play Games, in your own Google account's cloud save). The App shows ads and uses analytics, and those third-party services collect some device data as described below.

1. Information stored on your device

The App saves your game data locally on your device only:

This data never leaves your device unless you enable Play Games cloud save (Section 4). Uninstalling the App or using Settings → Reset progress deletes it.

2. Information collected automatically by our service providers

We use trusted third-party services that collect limited device information automatically:

Google AdMob (advertising) — to show ads, AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, coarse location derived from IP, device model, and ad interaction data (views, clicks). In the European Economic Area, the UK, and other regions where required, you will see a consent dialog before any personalized ads are requested, and you can decline personalization. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Google settings. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from partner apps.

Google Firebase Analytics — anonymous usage statistics (e.g. which levels are played, session length, country, device type) that help us improve difficulty, pacing, and features.

Google Firebase Crashlytics — crash reports (stack trace, device model, OS version, the level being played) so we can find and fix bugs.

Google Play Billing — if you make an in-app purchase, the payment is processed entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment details (card numbers, billing address). We only receive confirmation that a purchase was made so we can deliver the item.

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, or microphone/camera data. The App contains no third-party social media SDKs.

3. How this information is used

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for any purpose other than operating and improving the App.

4. Google Play Games (optional sign-in)

If you sign in to Google Play Games, Google processes your Play Games profile (gamer tag and avatar) to provide achievements and to store your cloud save (game progress) in your own Google account, so your progress can be restored on other devices. This is optional — the App is fully playable without signing in. You can manage or delete your Play Games data in your Google account settings (Play Games data deletion).

5. Notifications

The App can show one local daily reminder for the daily puzzle. This is generated entirely on your device — no server is involved — and you can disable it anytime in your device's notification settings. On Android 13+ the App asks for your permission first.

6. Data retention and deletion

To request deletion of any data associated with your device identifiers, contact us at the email below and we will pass the request to the relevant provider tools.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. You can:

We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined by the CCPA.

8. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

9. Security

Data handled by our providers is transmitted using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we rely on Google's infrastructure and limit collection to the minimum needed to run the App.

10. International transfers

The service providers above may process data on servers outside your country, including the United States, under appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the "Effective date" above and, for material changes, note it in the App's update notes. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
